Order Fulfillment and Returns

Print-on-Demand Items

Select items in the Tolton Team Store are available as Print-on-Demand items and are produced specifically for each order and shipped directly to your home.

  • Look for the blue Ship to Home • Print-on-Demand icon in the upper left corner of products to identify items that ship directly to your home.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for production before items ship. Shipping time will vary based on your location.

  • Additional details can be found in the Order Fulfillment Information section on each product.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at communications@toltoncatholic.org. If possible, include a photo of the issue so we can more easily assist you. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

  • Please note that Print-on-Demand items are shipped directly to your home and are not eligible for school pickup.



In-Stock Team Store Items

Select items in the Tolton Team Store are in stock and fulfilled directly through Fr. Tolton Catholic High School. These items will be distributed through the school office and are not available for shipping.

  • Orders placed by current Tolton families will be sent home with your student unless you request parent/family office pickup by emailing communications@toltoncatholic.org after placing your order. Orders from non-current Tolton families will be held in the school office for pickup during school hours.

  • If you need to return an in-stock item, returns may be made by contacting communications@toltoncatholic.org for details. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Please note that returns must be completed at the school and cannot be shipped.
